Family, matrimonial and children matters.
Alister specialises in divorce and all aspects of family breakdown including cohabite disputes and applications relating to children.
He joined Walker Foster as long ago as 1974 and has been a Partner since 1979. He is now Senior Partner.
Alister enjoys walking, especially in the Lake District where he has recently completed the ascent of all 214 ‘Wainwright’ fells. He also enjoys Crown Green Bowls, although his skill at the game seems to be rapidly declining!
