Letters
Debt damages a healthy cashflow and interferes with business success.
We can prepare a letter demanding payment of the sum that you have notified to us and attach a copy of the relevant unpaid invoice(s) to support the demand.
The letter will direct all payments and enquiries to you.
Our fee for this service is £16.50 plus VAT per letter.
If the debtor pays within the period specified in the letter, we will make no further charge in relation to the debt.
If the debtor does not pay the amount in full within the period specified in the demand letter and you would like to pursue the matter further, our charges will depend upon whether the debt is disputed.
1. UNDISPUTED DEBTS TO DEFAULT JUDGMENT
If the debtor does not pay in accordance with the letter, we can commence Court proceedings. The costs are as follows.

* Please note that if the High Court Enforcement Officer is unsuccessful then a further fee of £60 plus VAT needs to be paid.

2. NEGOTIATED AND DEFENDED CLAIMS
Any further work after obtaining judgment and any work relating to negotiating with the debtor will be charged on an hourly basis. If we are asked to sue other than on an undisputed invoice, costs will also be charged on our normal timed basis.
