Employment
We have an extensive working knowledge of employment law. We have considerable experience in this area and can offer such services as:

We have been involved in unfair dismissal cases since the right not to be unfairly dismissed was originally created by statute by the Industrial Relations Act 1971 and through all of the changes since then. We can give you sympathetic and pragmatic advice in all matters relating to your employment and have attended many Employment Tribunal hearings, negotiated many successful settlements through ACAS and via compromise agreements.
