You will need at least 4 years’ PQE and be able to confidently cover both litigation and contentious employment work.

You will manage a caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, including debt recovery, commercial contract disputes and boundary disputes, and handle all employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, discrimination, grievances and settlement agreements. You will represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings and tribunal proceedings, and support junior colleagues by contributing to knowledge sharing and team development.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with one hour for lunch, and up to two days working from home.
