Head of Operations

Jayne initially joined Walker Foster’s Silsden office in 2014 and since that time she has experienced working in various departments of the business, giving her a thorough understanding of what running a busy law firm requires.

Jayne is our Head of Operations here at Walker Foster and her role involves day to day handling of all matters relating to Finance, Operations, Risk and Compliance across the business. This ensures that everyone has the necessary tools to carry out their work in a safe, compliant and enjoyable environment. Jayne’s role is very much hands-on – there is no typical day!

Prior to joining Walker Foster, Jayne worked at a large utility company and in various roles within high street banks so had gained lots of relevant experience with regard to risk and compliance, client care and finances.

Outside work Jayne enjoys fell running and is a member of Wharfedale Harriers running club.
