Helen MulcahyHead of PeopleHelen is our Head of People here at Walker Foster, and her role covers everything from recruitment and training to staff welfare and engagement. As with any people related job, no two days are ever the same, and Helen spends time travelling around our offices to ensure that teams are fully supported.
Prior to joining Walker Foster, Helen worked across various senior management roles, bringing a wealth of experience within people management and process.
Outside of work Helen enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children, as well as keeping fit.

The requirement to be physically present is absolute. A signature cannot be witnessed online via a video call like Zoom or FaceTime, or even through a window.
A power of attorney does not continue after death. When the donor dies, the authority granted to the attorney ends immediately. There is no grace period, and the attorney stops acting from the point of the donor’s death.
