Based at our Skipton office she manages a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions including freehold, leasehold, new builds, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
Down to earth in her approach to legal advice, she is enthusiastic about building strong relationships with clients, Solicitors and Estate Agents ensuring that transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
Mariette has a strong history in the area, having lived and worked in Skipton for a number of years. She has great knowledge of the local area which is not only beneficial to the speed that the transaction proceeds but also the accuracy of work that is carried out.
Mariette has a little boy, born in June 2022, two ragdoll cats called Baloo and Simba and two guinea pigs called Timon and Pumbaa. She also plays the guitar, flute and piano.
