Claire started her career at Walker Foster in January 2017 as a Legal Assistant to a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor and has received extensive training in all areas of Conveyancing. She has worked her way up through the firm and, in January 2023 was promoted to a Conveyancing Executive. Claire passed her apprenticeship Conveyancing Technician Level 4 exam in March 2025 and is currently studying towards her Level 6 Licensed Conveyancer Certificate. She has a busy caseload and handles various property transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, new builds, shared ownership, right to buy, unregistered titles and transfers of equity. She works under the direct supervision of the Head of Conveyancing and Director of the firm, who has over 20 years’ conveyancing experience.
Claire has built good working relationships with local estate agents, solicitors and mortgage advisors to ensure that all transactions reach a successful conclusion in a timely manner. She takes pride in her work and gives thought and consideration to each individual client and transaction. This has led to strong working connections with returning clients. She is always happy to help guide her clients through the conveyancing process and strives to meet her clients’ expectations by keeping them well informed.
In her spare time, Claire loves spending time with her family, walking with friends and travelling.
